Sales Specialist Role

The Job Description

As a Sales Specialist, your key mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. You'll be driven by sales targets and KPIs, and will work closely with your team to exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to store displays and visual merchandising to drive sales and engagement.
