Customer Experience Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets by providing a personalized and inspirational in-store experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building collaborative relationships with colleagues to maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. You will also need to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales and customer service targets through excellent communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers.

- Demonstrate ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
