Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in our retail operation by overseeing all aspects of store management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels, track merchandise turnover, and manage stock ordering to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Customer Service
    • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Profitability
    • Set sales targets and goals, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor financial performance. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Oversee the presentation and layout of the store to optimize the shopping experience for customers.
  • Compliance
    • E nsure that the store adheres to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of previous retail management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
