Front Desk Associate for Medical Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our medical clinic team in Perth CBD. As a key member of the front desk, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

  • Greeting and Assistance: Welcome patients with a warm smile, assist with enquiries and appointments, and provide general information about the clinic's services.
  • Communication Skills: Respond to patient calls and messages in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Patient Payment Processing: Process patient payments efficiently, handling cash, EFTPOS, and Medicare billing with accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, including tasks such as data entry and filing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
  • Multitasking Ability: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Computer Proficiency: Be confident with computers, having experience using medical software highly regarded.
  • Positive Attitude: Display a positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a medical receptionist or front desk associate is preferred but not essential.
