Rental Sales Agent Job Description

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter while marketing products and services.

This is an ongoing casual role where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening to their requirements
  • Reviewing our various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively to ensure smooth transactions
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • This role is based at Launceston Airport and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly, and caring environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles is highly desirable
