About the Job

This key role is responsible for representing our brand at the customer counter, interacting with clients to understand their car rental needs and providing them with suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine client requirements by actively listening to their needs
  • Select relevant add-ons and services to meet client expectations
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines clearly and effectively
  • Process rental bookings efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Full and valid driver's license
  • A minimum of 3-4 days availability per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales roles
  • Comfortable learning various computer systems
