About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to join our team and lead one of our high-performing sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all aspects of site operations, team development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Manage, train, and support a team of 10+ staff
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Monitor and manage equipment condition and servicing
- Create rosters and manage labour costs
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Drive sales and meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promote a positive and productive team environment

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Background in service-based industries (e.g. car wash, retail, fast food, or hospitality)
- Experience managing larger teams (10+ people)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
- A hands-on leader with a ‘lead by example’ attitude
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or AQF Associate Degree (required)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (required)
- Must be available to work weekends and across a rotating roster

What We Offer
- Competitive salary package: $75,000 - $80,000 + Super
