Transportation Services Program Lead

The role of a Transportation Services Program Lead is to oversee the implementation and development of transportation programs within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement transportation strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate business requirements and define project scope.
- Work with multiple external partners to capture business requirements and deliver on program objectives.
- Manage and develop transportation programs, focusing on middle mile assets across the network.
- Build and manage reports around transportation network assets.
- Prepare and coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed.
- Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.), SQL, and Tableau.
- Ability to prepare, report, and interpret large sets of data.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
