About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team at Luxury Escapes, a leading provider of luxury travel experiences. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and launch of new products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Customer Research and Feedback: Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product development and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Product Development and Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish and track key metrics to measure the success of our products and make data-driven decisions to optimize their performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal teams, to ensure that their needs are met and that our products are aligned with their goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and features.
  • Skills: Strong product management skills, including product vision, customer research, product development, and metrics and analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
