We're a hybrid work environment, with a Sydney-based office that fosters collaboration and creativity. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our product strategy and driving business outcomes.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our core product, GrowthOS. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build features and experiences that help our customers manage their marketing data and make informed decisions.

You'll need to possess a deep understanding of our customers' needs and develop a solid product strategy and roadmap. You'll collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver that roadmap, and work with Marketing Science and Account Management to unlock business value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build features and experiences that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver product roadmaps
  • Work with Marketing Science and Account Management to unlock business value for customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Senior Product Management experience in SaaS, startups, or data-centric products
  • Strong analytical ability and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Proven success in product development, with a focus on innovation and market leadership
  • Experience working with technical or data-led products, with a solid understanding of statistics and probability theory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
