About the Role
Meers Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a highly regarded Non-Bank Lender. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Unit stakeholders to improve existing products, develop new products, expand credit policy, and enter new markets across the residential and commercial lending product range in both Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to establish a competitive product offering based on sales insights, competitor landscape, data analytics, and research.
- Work with Credit, Pricing, Treasury, Analytics, and other key Sales stakeholders to design and implement new product development/improvement ideas.
- Identify customer insights for the purpose of recommending product changes and market opportunities to Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build and implement product solutions in line with business strategy.
- Oversee the management of strategically aligned pricing and discount policies.
- Manage product-related projects and ensure product features are delivered in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with regulation changes and their impact on products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Development role within Financial Services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role with exposure to Project Management and Pricing.
