We are seeking a skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Green Light. As a PMO Analyst, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Reporting and Data Analysis: You will be responsible for monitoring project performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to enhance project delivery processes.
- Project Governance and Compliance: You will ensure that all projects are managed in accordance with our PMO standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of project progress.
- Tool Management and Support: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our project management tools and providing support to project teams as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or a PMO environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications.
