The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) systems, particularly with Forgerock, to contribute to key superannuation projects. This initial 6-month contract offers the opportunity to work on secure and efficient access management solutions.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will utilise your IDAM experience and Superannuation knowledge to ensure the best solution is implemented. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define, document, and manage business requirements for IDAM solutions, with a particular focus on Forgerock implementations.
  • Analysing current identity and access management processes within the superannuation environment, identifying improvement areas and recommending best practice solutions.
  • Facilitating workshops and engaging with internal teams to capture requirements for IDAM and access control solutions, ensuring alignment with superannuation regulations and security protocols.
  • Supporting the design, testing, and implementation of IDAM solutions, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Working closely with technical teams to guide the business through user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
About You

To be a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions, specifically Forgerock.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation processes, regulations, and security requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements, particularly around identity and access management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and working across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
