We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to support the Managing Director and CFO in achieving organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing efficiency and driving strategic initiatives, aligning departmental goals, and providing insights for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an international environment. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the MD and department heads to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Providing strategic support to the Managing Director & CFO by preparing materials and assisting in decision-making
  • Conducting research, developing dashboards, and providing insights for strategic decisions
  • Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and budget adherence
  • Acting as the communication link between the Managing Director, executives, and external stakeholders
