**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to develop and implement strategies that enhance our tutoring programs and student outcomes.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with the founder to develop and implement strategies that enhance our tutoring programs and student outcomes
- Overseeing the development and improvement of our proprietary study materials, including our highly accurate exam prediction compendiums
- Analysing performance data to continually refine our tutoring methods and resource materials
- Developing and managing relationships with schools, students, and parents
- Driving marketing initiatives to showcase our outstanding student results and testimonials
