Pet Store Leader

This is a leadership position in the pet care industry where you will lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver world-class customer service and advice. With over 20 years of experience across the pet care industry, our retail market leadership spans multiple areas including store management and staff development.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and staying up-to-date on pet care products and services. You will also be expected to coach and mentor your team members to achieve their goals and develop their knowledge and skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead from the front, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times.
- Stay current on pet care products and services offered by our company.
- Develop and maintain a fun, supportive culture where team members thrive and grow professionally.
- Similar store leadership experience or ready for the next step in your career.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
