Job Title: Educational Support Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative assistance to students with disability. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff and members of the school community to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the Learning Support Coordinator in their role and assist with administration and office duties related to students with disability.
  • Deliver excellent service in the performance of duties and collaborate with staff to support student learning outcomes.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and documents, upload confidential documents, and manage electronic records.
  • Provide IT support for required programs, maintain email systems and electronic records, and undertake basic financial transactions.
  • Collate, check and distribute documents; create new student documents; undertake records management and archiving; and scheduling of appointments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data entry experience and basic computer skills are essential.
  • A current Working With Children (WWC) Check and Police Check (National Police Certificate) are mandatory.
  • No more than 3 months' notice is required from current employer.
