About the Role

As a Hospitality Employee at Greenwell Gardens, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional hospitality services, ensuring meals are served with care, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working every Saturday from 7am-2:30pm, with the possibility of picking up additional shifts when available.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and delivery to residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
  • Support the overall well-being of residents, including assisting with personal care and laundry
  • Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and protocols

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality services and a commitment to creating a positive experience for our residents. If you have experience in a similar role, particularly in a health or aged care setting, that's a definite plus. Food Safety Supervision Certification is also desirable.
