Youthworks Conference Centres provide a place of temporary community for groups for relational and personal growth. **About the role**:
Youthworks Conference Centres is seeking Guest Relations Assistants for our team at Shoalhaven, situated on the Shoalhaven River, just outside Nowra. This **full time** role offers flexible shifts to service seven day a week operations. Your key role will be contributing to our guests satisfaction, through providing high quality meal service to Youthworks’ standards.
- Learn skills in meal service and customer service
- Flexible shifts, no more late nights Most evening shifts finish at 8pm
- Supportive workplace

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality meal service to our guests
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining room

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- A passion for serving people and a willingness to learn new skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
- An ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
- A strong work ethos with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time well
- A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an Anglican organisation

**What we would really like you to have**:

- A personal Christian faith
- Experience in hospitality and/or customer service
- Drivers Licence

**Additional Information**:
A current drivers licence and own transport is essential as there is no public transport anywhere near the Shoalhaven Conference Centres.
