About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional retail leader to support and coach a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business results, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and setting clear goals.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes to drive sales growth.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
