Job Title: Employer Engagement Partner

This role is a crucial part of connecting job-ready clients with employment opportunities.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for reverse marketing identified engaged job-ready clients to provide targeted employment opportunities, resulting in either job matches or job creation.
  • They will also maintain up-to-date labour market information and develop strategies to meet demands of shortage sectors.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided by our organization.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can provide high-level customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building rapport and maintaining effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies.
  • Assessing labour market demand and supply and developing strategies to address this.
  • Demonstrating high-level professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance-focused skills.
  • Interpreting contractual guidelines and applying them as appropriate.
  • Working within stringent KPIs and demonstrating experience in exceeding targets.
  • Managing time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment.
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and procedures.
