Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

Our Store Managers are provided with a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales environment and a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.

They will also have a desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of sales assistants
  • Implementing visual merchandising standards to drive sales
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to improve customer service skills
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment
  • A degree in business or a related field
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
