We are seeking an Information Management Professional to lead our team in implementing a knowledge-driven culture through our ServiceNow platform.
This role involves developing and executing an adoption strategy that aligns with business goals and drives engagement with ServiceNow as the central knowledge platform for IT service management processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed information management practices into daily workflows and business processes, ensuring knowledge is easy to find, use, and maintain.

- Ensure content is easy to navigate and understand, aligning it with user needs and organisational goals.
- Strong understanding of information management principles, especially in service delivery environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including knowledge base configuration and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret usage metrics and feedback to inform information management practices.
- Project coordination skills, with experience running awareness campaigns, workshops, and onboarding initiatives.
