Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is an opportunity to contribute to the sustainment of our leading maritime platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract plans and documentation to ensure effective delivery of engineering support services.
  • Ensure ongoing certification and configuration management of the fleet, including control of baseline changes and integrity of temporary modifications.
  • Provide timely, accurate engineering advice and technical instructions to support operational requirements.
  • Lead the execution of engineering investigations to resolve issues efficiently and maintain fleet performance.
  • Coordinate engineering meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Hold an Engineering Degree with the capability to achieve Chartered Engineer or Chartered Professional Engineer status.
  • Minimum 5 years' sustainment engineering leadership experience, preferably in Defence, with strong knowledge of asset and configuration management systems.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical risk management, safety systems, complex problem solving, team leadership, and effective communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard engineering software.
  • Technical risk management experience.
  • Enterprise Business management program experience.
  • Previous Leadership experience.
