We are seeking a hardworking Service Coordinator to join our TAS team, based out of Launceston.

The Role

We are seeking a hard-working Service Coordinator with a great attitude and high attention to detail to join our team, based in our Launceston office, to assist in the scheduling, dispatch and coordination of technicians and subcontractors.

This role is vital in the dispatch and coordination of technicians and subcontractors in Tasmania, ensuring all have productive work as well as liaising with customers and technicians / subcontractors regarding work in progress.

Primary duties will include monitoring and managing work requests generated on our systems, open call management, close out jobs and data entry, checking and managing technicians' timesheets and service reports, liaising and managing subcontractor's attendance and service reports, handle customer phone and email queries, and general administration duties.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:

2 years experience working within administration or service/scheduling

Previous experience in service industry and dispatching field staff or technicians (Highly Desirable)

Strong & clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with great phone manner

Intermediate computer & typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Outstanding eye for detail, organised and able to meet deadlines

Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative

Maintain a professional image and possess good interpersonal skills
