As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Branch financials and ensuring they are closely monitored.

You will process customer payments & reconciliation of customer accounts, answer account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates & credit note finalisation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Branch Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Ensuring all end of week & end of month financial reports are completed and reported on time
  • Entering payroll hours into KRONOS and completing A/L, Sick leave & LSL forms for submission to payroll
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
  • Demonstrating positive leadership and a 'can-do' attitude to the team
