Job Description

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead the execution of energy storage projects from conceptualization to successful completion. Your technical expertise and superior project management skills will be pivotal in delivering high-quality sustainable energy solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

Your role as a project lead will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless project delivery. You will be responsible for building relationships, providing leadership, and guiding project planning to achieve timely, quality, and financially sound outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you will need to possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Your experience in energy sector EPC projects and familiarity with environmental and safety regulations will be highly valued.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in an energy sector engineering and/or battery storage related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager with P&L responsibility
  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant closely discipline required
  • Superior leadership, collaboration, organizing, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in energy sector EPC projects
