As a key contributor, you will talk with customers over the phone, assessing their needs to deliver high-quality interactions and solutions tailored to each individual situation.This role includes:
  • Handling account queries and changes
  • Addressing billing inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Selling to existing and new customers
  • Taking payments
You'll be part of a highly driven team of contact centre agents who live our values day in and day out.
