About the Role:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless interactions and maximum value from our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to boost advocacy, increase customer satisfaction, and promote self-serve data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision, deliver, and manage solutions to ensure effortless customer experiences.
  • Remove roadblocks for customers and suppliers, making it easy to do business with us.
  • Perform workflow system and administrative updates to support friction removal.
  • Capture customer information and detail touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Build trust through proactive outbound support, onboarding, and training.
  • Provide solutions at the end of customer lifecycles to retain or promote future opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting complex processes simply.
  • Collaborative mindset and desire to immerse yourself in a highly engaged culture.
  • Resilience in the face of pushback and rejection.
Job Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of delivering fantastic customer outcomes.
  • 2+ years of service or sales experience (Account Management, Call Centre, Retail, B2B).
Desired Skills:
  • Create great customer relationships and build rapport.
  • Produce simple, easy-to-understand help for customers.
  • Help customers achieve desired outcomes without excessive explanation.
  • Adaptability in learning new systems quickly and multitasking.

A demonstrated ability to be curious, patient, and empathetic, with excellent teamwork skills.
