We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote their health, well-being, and quality of life.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care delivery. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues alike.

The Role
  • Care Delivery: Assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide direct care services as needed.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by modeling best practices, mentoring colleagues, and promoting a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • AHPRA Registration with no restriction
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
