Compassionate Nurse

We are seeking a qualified caregiver to deliver high-quality care and support to residents in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing person-centered care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing Total Care: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering total care to residents, including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.
- Medication Management: As a caregiver, you will need to manage medications safely and effectively, adhering to best practice measures and protocols.
- Communication and Teamwork: You will work closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:- Qualifications: A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registration: Registration with the relevant health profession regulatory body (e.g. AHPRA).
- Skills and Experience: Proven experience in caregiving or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications and Clearances: Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
