Deliver high-quality support and care to our residents as a Personal Care Attendant. This role plays a pivotal part in prioritising their well-being above all else. We are seeking a motivated individual to make a positive impact, become part of our close-knit team, and be a source of support and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support residents in their daily activities, including tasks such as continence management, showering, dressing, and personal grooming
  • Ensure residents receive their prescribed medications promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate in the preparation, service, and delivery of daily meals and special functions for our residents
  • Manage laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing
