About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our in-house Legal team in Sydney, NSW. This is a permanent role offering a unique opportunity to work with a strong legal team, develop your career, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to business units and senior management on significant legal issues, representing the company's interests on large-scale bids and contracts.
  • Take ownership of the legal service for significant projects, addressing upstream and downstream contractual arrangements, and supporting all legal aspects from EOI to contract close.

About You

  • Have at least 6-10 years' PQE, with in-house experience highly regarded.
  • Have a good working knowledge and experience of advising on and negotiating various contract types.
  • Enjoy working autonomously as part of a collegiate team.
  • Be pragmatic, practical, and solutions-focused, with impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
