The Role
  1. Oversee daily cleaning operations at a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility.
  2. Support the quality of life and wellbeing of elderly residents.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including front and back of house areas.
  4. Follow schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  5. Perform other cleaning-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in a commercial or housekeeping environment is desirable.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Two Covid-19 vaccinations and a current Influenza vaccination.
  • Valid police check and NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Good presentation, grooming, and communication skills.
