Community Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our after-hours operations team as a Community Support Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and managing the building during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor building security and safety, performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Carry out administration tasks, including maintaining records, processing payments, and reporting.
- Effectively manage incidents during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Act as a support to residents, providing a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Respond to resident calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lockouts.
- Attend training and mandatory staff meetings as required.
- National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
- Working with Vulnerable People's Check
- Valid work rights in Australia
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
