The Opportunity

Due to team growth, current projects and strong project pipeline, we need experienced professionals to manage design teams.

  • This role involves managing the design team, including all design-related activities.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • General: Be a role model for our collaborative culture.
    • Technical coordination and delivery of design solutions throughout Defence's design phases.
    • Development and implementation of Design Management Plans.
  • Responsible for the quality of design deliverables.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification aligned to engineering or architecture.
  • A background in managing multidisciplinary design teams.
  • A current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher.
  • Understanding of Defence's design requirements.
