Leading Technical Excellence

You will lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure engineering excellence and world-class support of critical equipment.

This role requires a deep understanding of people, relationships, and communication as well as systems, technology, and design engineering processes.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading and managing technical personnel, relevant tertiary qualifications, and experience working in structured Engineering Management Systems with Product Lifecycle Management software.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees;
  • Managing, leading, and developing the team;
  • Reviewing and communicating business objectives and priorities to the team;
  • Liaising with other departments and teams to ensure cross-functional alignment of processes and systems;
  • Maintaining alignment between capacity and demand to ensure on-time delivery of profitable solutions;
  • Related monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and improvement.
