Role Overview

  • The Marketing Specialist And Sales Assistant plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Teams

    • Collaborate with the sales teams to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and process online orders efficiently.
    • Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies, ensuring seamless integration across offline and online channels.

  • Customer Service Excellence

    • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging customers, responding to queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive demeanor.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Digital Content Management

    • Design and develop high-quality visual content for in-store and online platforms, including product graphics, promotional materials, and website updates.
    • Manage two company websites effectively, uploading products, managing inventory levels, and creating online sales opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration and Training

    • Assist in training new employees, supporting other departments as needed, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
