Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to lead our buyer's agent recruitment efforts. As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for our national network of expert buyer's agents.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience in real estate, sales, mortgage broking or financial services, or a strong sales background with the drive to pivot into talent acquisition.
  • Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, and open to a hybrid working model.
  • Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.
  • Collaborative, curious and driven, with a proven track record of success in high-performance environments.
