We are currently expanding and seeking an experienced Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant with B2B sales experience to play a key role in growing our blue-collar division.

Based in our Brisbane CBD Office, you will utilize database searches, phone screenings, interviews, and job postings to assist ETA's clients in finding qualified candidates. You will be supported by an encouraging team, a comprehensive 9-module training program, and a market-leading commission structure.

Requirements:
  • Experience in agency recruitment
  • Telephone sales experience (desirable)
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates
  • Positive attitude and resilience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others
