About the Role

AWX are currently recruiting a full-time experienced order picker for the distribution area of a high-volume manufacturing facility based in Arundel. The ideal candidate will have cold-room experience and knowledge of manual pick slips. A current LF high-risk forklift ticket is a distinct advantage or willingness to secure one soon after commencing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drag crates off a chain line onto a cargon ready for the robot to pallet wrap
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with high volume manual order picking
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals

Requirements

  • High level of fitness and good core strength
  • Good maths skills
  • Previous experience in a cold room manually order picking
  • Good reading, writing, and numeracy skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drivers license and reliable transport or live close to the location
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
