About the Role
AWX is seeking an experienced order picker with cold-room experience and knowledge of manual pick slips for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Arundel. A current LF high-risk forklift ticket is a distinct advantage or willingness to secure one soon after commencing. The role requires dragging crates off a chain line onto a cargo ready for the robot to pallet wrap, making it a physically demanding position. However, you will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, ongoing roster, and great team environment.

What You Will Bring to the Table
We are looking for personnel with previous experience in a cold room environment (3 degrees) who have dealt with high-volume, manual order picking. You will also need to have:
- High level of fitness and good core strength
- Good maths skills
- Previous experience in a cold room manually order picking
- Good reading, writing, and numeracy skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Driver's license and reliable transport or live close to the location
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Commit to work between the hours of 00:00 - 08:00, 08:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 00:00
