As a Senior Supply and Fulfilment Manager, you will lead the supply chain management team for our Oceania Domestic business and Logistics and Customer Service operations for the Travel Retail business unit.

This role involves overseeing all logistics and supply operations and activities that directly service the Oceania Domestic and Travel Retail business unit. You will identify and lead on all logistics, supply, and inventory opportunities to optimize the supply chain network and deliver the lowest possible cost to serve and working capital.

You will manage key 3rd party logistics service providers including Case Finished Goods, Bulk alcohol, and Travel Retail warehouse and distribution operations. Additionally, you will maintain robust operating cadences with internal and external teams and partners covering short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.

Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting and reporting requirements for the Supply Chain across both domestic and travel retail business units. You will also deliver on key supply and logistics KPIs including customer service, cost to serve, inventory, cash flow, and working capital targets.

Key skills required for this role include minimum 10 years of Supply Chain management experience with a background in International Freight, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, and Supply Planning areas. Tertiary qualification is preferred, and project management experience is essential.

A strong leader who can demonstrate strengths in complex problem solving and major business case preparation, with ability to manage and influence a wide range of functional stakeholders and direct reports. Mobility is also a requirement as the candidate would need to be able to travel up to a maximum of 20% of their time, both domestically and internationally.
