About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our team. As an essential member of our community, you will play a vital role in improving the health outcomes of First Nations People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally safe and professional health services to individuals and communities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes primary health care and social and emotional wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that address the unique healthcare needs of Indigenous Australians.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Worker/Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
  • Current C-Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
  • Current Blue Card.
  • Current Annual CPR Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Criminal History Check.
