Programs Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Programs Coordinator to oversee the delivery of our Learning for Life suite of programs, including program development and key school partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partner schools, monitoring progress, planning, implementation, and feedback on programs and activities.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with schools, industry partners, and local businesses.
  • Continually monitoring program delivery and ensuring database accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Planning and forecasting program delivery to meet targets at a local and state level.
  • Providing advocacy and responding to inquiries about our educational programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and coordinating programs or projects.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relevant partnerships.
  • Administrative skills.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to manage and plan own work to achieve identified goals within time constraints.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Current driver's license.
