Event Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a capable individual to oversee day-to-day operations at the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre (BVCCC).

You will prepare the venue for functions, events, and meetings, identify and facilitate touring shows, and manage event enquiries, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.

About You

We seek an individual with a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) relevant to the position and at least five years of experience in venue management, hospitality, and/or event coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience representing and marketing venue facilities and events.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability in the use of Microsoft Office products.
