The role of Team Leader encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations, venue preparation, event management, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Preparing venues for functions, events, and meetings
  • Identifying and facilitating touring shows and performances
  • Managing event enquiries, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery

As a Team Leader, you will require strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) relevant to the position and has at least five years of experience in venue management, hospitality, and/or event coordination.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience representing and successfully marketing venue facilities and events
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to positively influence, persuade and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability in the use of software applications
Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

The total remuneration package for this position commences at $91,588.22 gross per annum, comprising of:

  • $1,572.30 per week base salary
  • $188.71 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
