**Job Opportunity:** Theatre Administration Clerk

 

The successful applicants will support the theatre and front office departments in providing high-level administrative services. Key tasks include:

  • Collecting and coordinating interim theatre lists from surgeon's rooms.
  • Liaising with theatre staff and front office staff.
  • Scheduling patients into patient management systems (Meditech).
  • Updating theatre lists and information in Meditech.
  • Leave coverage of theatre reception roles.

 

To succeed in this role, you will have a professional and proactive approach, ensuring effective and efficient administrative functions across both departments.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous hospital administration experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Intermediate-advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office suite with data entry accuracy.
