Role Overview

As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Our team is dedicated to delivering outstanding results, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for excellence.

  • You will work closely with our team members to achieve excellent customer service results and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A strong passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare needs is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Optical Experience: Develop your knowledge of eyecare and eyewear, and stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends.
  • Teamwork: Build strong relationships with fellow team members, including management and optometrists.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Be flexible across weekdays and weekends to meet the needs of our business.
  • Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking skills and product/optics knowledge to solve customer vision problems.
  • Drive: Achieve excellent customer service results and contribute to the success of our store.
