The security operations manager role is a critical position that oversees security management at multiple sites within and beyond the boundaries of the operation. The role is part of the overall direction and operates on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, deploy, and monitor security personnel at sites.
- Mentor, train, assess, and develop all security personnel.
- Develop and implement security improvement programs, including detailed work plans, procedures, training, and assessment tools.
- Provide recommendations to management to protect personnel and assets and to minimize exposure to security risks.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in security or law enforcement.
- Five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a security management role.
